Arlene is something of a chicken wing enthusiast and would eat them every day if she could. When she has free time, she enjoys exploring museums, traveling, heading to the beach, and rocking some car karaoke, no matter how short the drive.
Arlene’s career has been defined by caring about people. After earning her bachelor of science degree in criminal justice, she worked for a nonprofit organization at an immigrant children’s shelter. A career shift led her into a benefits specialist position, where she gained lots of customer service experience.
