PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Following graduation from Louisiana State University, Phil served 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command. Since then, he has helped organizations create sound foundations. Phil focuses on building, uniting, and leading multifunctional teams to achieve strategic goals.

PERSONAL NOTES

Phil loves spending his free time with his daughter, Chloe, and learning about the human experience. You can often find him on the golf course or in the water — swimming or wakeboarding.
